South Korean Government Research Organization along with renewable energy related technology companies participated in a special conference plus business delegation. IBDAC was a sub vendor for arranging speakers and inviting Indian companies for partnership with Korean Companies.

Mainly the Broad Categories are as below:

Lithium Ion Batteries, EV Charging Stations, Solar Modules, Robotics Solar Module Cleaner, Battery Management Systems, Carbon Capture and Sequestration Technology(CCUS), Heat Recovery Systems.

Target: Managing Conference and Online Meetings with Korean Companies

This was a special delegation where Korean Research Organization had shown interest in sharing advance findings in Carbon, Capture, and Utilize & Sequestration Technology (CCUS) for reducing carbon prints through Industrial plants. Indian Government Research Organizations had participated for Exchange of Technology program under Korea’s Overseas Development Scheme.

There were other private Korean Companies participating to explore the potential of supplying renewable energy technology products to Indian Market.

WORK PROCEDURE – MARKET RESEARCH AND IDENTIFICATION OF KOREAN COMPANIES.

We ran a yearlong program for Medical sector as a sub vendor for South Korean Medical Association. The delegation involved 100 plus Korean Companies from Various categories within Medical sectors.

Target: Managing Delegation and Online Meetings with Korean Companies

South Korea’s Top companies from Molecular Diagnostics category had participated. This delegation had special importance as it was held in the backdrop Covid-19 Second Wave in India. Most of the Korean companies wanted to offer their RT-PCR Kits and Devices for Covid-19 Variants testing as well as delta variant.

Multiple Companies offering ICU related devices and new innovations in medical sector.

Covid related emergency equipment like Oxygen Concentrator, AED, Ventilators, Thermal Scanners, etc


WORK PROCEDURE – MARKET RESEARCH AND IDENTIFICATION OF KOREAN COMPANIES

In the first phase, IBDAC prepared technical materials for the Indian Medical related associations and Semi Govt. Organization. We organized speaker who coud give insight to Korean companies about the procedural handling of Covid-19 Second Wave in India.

In the Second phase we invited Indian companies to participate. Then IBDAC met with each of the Indian companies to examine their export capabilities, and their fit to planned activity of the business delegation with Korean Companies. The Companies who were selected to participate in the business delegation were asked to define the type of products and technologies they wish to promote as well as the type of transaction or deal they are interested in. As part of the delegation, approved companies Joined for an Online Meeting with respective teams of Korean Companies.

In the Second phase, and after all the business meetings were completed, IBDAC assisted both Indian and Korean companies for Three step follow up to ensure that business discussions are on track.

Result: Over Hundred plus Meetings as per schedule completed. Multiple Distributor Agreements Signed. Understanding the sensitivity of the situation IBDAC did not pursue discussion on the commercial success of the delegation. However, with the positive response we received from various Indian and Korean companies it was concluded to be a very successful business as well as humanitarian delegation.
